Red Sox Notebook: Beckett Perfect In Opener
Josh Beckett picked up Thursday where he left off last October as he struck out four in two perfect innings to lead the Red Sox to a 24-0 win over Boston College in the first game of a doubleheader against collegiate squads. Beckett threw 25 pitches, 18 for strikes.
